Photo Album Page 6ay :  Chelsea was the matriarch cat among our little pride of lions.  she was black with white bib and socks, and while sitting on your chest she had the power to mysteriously increase her apparent  weight to several tons just by purring !  She was quite deaf and in her last few weeks was blind as well.  She didn't recover from an operation on 1st May 2004, during which she was discovered to be suffering from a cancer on her liver.
